Membership and Signing Up

  • What do I do if I have an issue signing up? 
    • Please email IHBeerClub@ironhillbrewery.com 
  • What is the IHBeer Club?
    • The IHBeer Club is an exclusive membership program that will enable you to take your beer enjoyment to the next level. Upon signing up, you can pick up your Welcome Box containing six 16oz and one 750ml bottle of the best beers Iron Hill has to offer, enough for two people to enjoy, a tasting journal, two specially branded IHBeer Club pint glasses and educational materials to channel your inner beer aficionado.  As an IHBeer Club member, you will receive four Quarterly Brewers' Boxes per year filled with innovative, freshly brewed Iron Hill beers that only IHBeer Club members get to try.  With each new beer, new educational materials will be provided highlighting the beer style, the story behind the beer or some info on the people who make it all happen; our brewers.  
  • What is in my Welcome Kit?
    • 6 16oz cans of our flagship beers and a 750ml bottle reserve, enough for 2 people to enjoy

  • What’s included in my Quarterly Brewers Box?
    • 8 16oz cans of exclusively crafted Beers brewed just for you, enough for 2 people to enjoy

  • When do I find out what beers are in my beer box?
    • You will find out when you pick up your box.
  • What are some examples of the beer I will receive in my beer box?
    • Beers will include a combination of our brewery team’s use of new ingredients, production methods or innovative beer styles. Check out some of our past releases for more information.
  • How much does membership cost?
    • $40 a quarter, plus $40 to sign up! 
  • Am I required to be 21 years or older to sign up?
    • Yes, you must be 21 or older to sign up. You will have to present your ID at the time of pick up.
  • Does this make me a King of the Hill Loyalty Club Member?
    • No, but click here to join our King of the Hill Loyalty Program.

Billing 

  • Will my subscription automatically renew?
    • Yes, you will be charged $40 each quarter for your Subscription Service. Pay on the 1st pick up on the 15th.
  • How do I update my credit card information?
  • Can I pause or cancel my membership?
    • Please refer to your confirmation e-mail to make changes
  • Can I set up an annual subscription?
    • Not at this time. 
  • Do I receive King of the Hill points on the IHBeer Club membership cost?
    • No, we are unable to award points on any alcohol purchase including the IHBeer Club membership.
  • Is my membership taxed?
    • Your membership will be taxed in accordance with your pick-up store’s state sales tax.

Pick up

  • How often do I pick up my Brewers’ Box?
    • Quarterly pick ups are in a three week window in the months listed below. You will be notified the month prior on the exact timing of the quarterly pick up window.

    • What do I need to bring with me to identify I am a member and pick up by Brewers’ Box?
      • Visit your Iron Hill pick up location and provide the staff member assisting you with your phone number. You do not need to bring any additional items other than a valid ID. Need Email confirmation.
    • How long will you hold my Brewers’ Box for me?
      • There is a three week pick up window that we ask all members to retrieve your beer box.
    • When do I pick up my first Brewers’ Box?
      • You are eligible for pick up for the upcoming quarter, if you join by the quarterly cut off. These are -
        • Join by November 1 to get the November box
        • Join by February 1 to get the February box
        • Join by May 1 to get the May box
        • Join by August 1 to get the August box
      • Where can I pick up my Brewers’ Box?
        • When signing up, you select your pick up Iron Hill location. This will be referenced in your e-mail confirmation that your box is ready for pick up. This is the ONLY Iron Hill location you can pick up your Brewers’ Box.
      • I moved. Can I change my pickup location?
      • I am unable to pick up my Brewers’ Box during the designated pick up window. What do I do now?
      • Can this be shipped to me?
        • No, at this time we only offer in store pick up.
      • Do I need to bring ID with me in order to pick up my Welcome Kit or quarterly Brewers’ Box?
        • Yes, please bring a valid ID with you to pick up.
      • Can I set up a text reminder to pick up my subscription box?
        • Not at this time. 
      • I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

In the Box

  • My box is damaged. One of my beers is damaged or missing. My glassware broken. What should I do?
  • How do I get a beer again if I really liked it?
    • We are seeking feedback on all of the beers in your Brewers’ Boxes. Based on feedback, we will make decisions on making these products again and making them available in our restaurants and/or eventually sold in retail.
  • Can I request specific beer styles to be included or excluded in my beer box?
    • At this time, you cannot request certain beers to be included or excluded from your quarterly beer box. However, we would love to hear your feedback.  If there is a certain beer style or flavor profile you are thirsty for Iron Hill to brew, send an e-mail to IHBeerClub@ironhillbrewery.com.  Who knows, you might see your suggestion in a future box!
  • Who brews your beer?
    • Your local, award winning Iron Hill brewers specially craft and can your IHBeer Club beers in one of our locations.

  • Can I buy this as a gift for someone?
    • Yes, you can do so in the products page of our website.
